If you received a damaged package or there is an order discrepancy, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by phone at (239) 221-8209 or via email at mail@napcomfg.com. Include the order number along with the reason for the return when you contact us. Napco may credit shipping charges if your merchandise is defective or damaged.

Delivery Methods, Shipping Times and Destinations:

All shipments are subject to product inventory availability.
Standard orders usually ship within 1 or 2 business days via UPS
Any valid US address
